CCA Florida STAR Tournament 2026

The Statewide Tournament and Angler's Recognition Competition — 107 days of fishing, marine conservation, and the chance to win college scholarships, boats, and prizes across Florida.

Adult — guided

Compete with a licensed guide. Open to all CCA members.

Adult — unguided

Go it alone or with your crew. Open to all CCA members.

Youth challenge (ages 6–17): A dedicated division with an emphasis on awarding college scholarships and boats to young anglers. Heavily promoted as a core pillar of the STAR tournament.

Become a CCA member

Registration is open exclusively to CCA members. Join or verify your membership at CCA Florida STAR before signing up.


Register for the tournament

Sign up and review the official rules directly on the CCA Florida STAR page. Review weekly prize categories and youth scholarship details there as well.


Download the iAngler app

All catches must be submitted through the iAngler app. Each catch requires a photo with the official 2026 STAR identifier — no app, no entry.


Fish & submit

Get on the water anytime between May 23 and September 7. Submit catches through the app and track your standings throughout the season.

Lots-A-Spots

A multi-state redfish spot tournament running concurrently within the same 100+ day window. Open to STAR participants targeting redfish with significant prize money on the line.

Inter-chapter challenge

June 5–7, 2026 · Sea Hag Marina, Steinhatchee, FL. An early-season hosted event bringing CCA chapters together ahead of the full STAR window. See the 2026 Inter-Chapter Challenge page for details.
